I bought the spicy elk and the spicy bison, both had good flavor but the elk was definitely spicier than the bison. Get both they are worth it.

We found Hi Country Jerky Seasoning on a trip home to Montana. It's been our go to seasoning for jerky. We recently ran out and couldn't find it locally so we bought another brand. Big mistake! I am ordering enough HC to last a while.
We do our jerky in the convection oven at the lowest setting. Perfect every time. Keep up the good work.
