I was excited to receive my jerky and savor the flavor, but I was disappointed to find that it was ground beef and not sliced. The good part about that is that it is mostly tender, being ground beef. The flavor didn't really taste like any Teriyaki that I have tasted before and the strips are a bit greasy. I would not purchase this flavor again.
