The Hi-Country
manufacturing plant and Trading Post are located in Lincoln, Montana situated
along Highway 200, between Great Falls and Missoula and 1 hour from the capital
city of Helena. Lincoln is in the beautiful Blackfoot River (A River Runs
Through It!) Valley.

Our meat snacks are
dated for 1 year after the date of manufacture. The Best By date is stamped on
the bottom of the bags in the seal area or printed on a white label on backside
of package. Each sealed bag of product includes an oxygen absorber to help
maintain freshness.

Note: The oxygen absorbers are not for
consumption, keep out of reach of children.

Gift certificates
are a great way to express your kind thoughts when you are not sure what
particular product or flavor to give. So why not let them decide? Gift
certificates are available online here (at the bottom of the
shopping cart) or feel free to call us at 1-800-433-3916. Gift Certificates
purchased online or in-store can be used for both in-store and online.

Our meat snacks are made in a facility that is
free from peanuts, tree nuts and/or glutens. We do carry a few items that
contain soy products; which have gluten byproducts (any Teriyaki flavored
product). Please click on the Summary tab of each product to view the nutrition
facts and ingredients.Our spices, however, are produced in a plant that also
handles egg, milk, soy and wheat products. Again, please click on the Summary
tab to view the nutrition and ingredients.

Yes, our beef jerky come from small batch ranches in the Northern Rockies, primarly Montana. We are proud to support American ranchers and processing.

Hi-Country does use MSG in some products for a
bolder taste. Product ingredients are clearly labeled with their nutritional
statements, which can also be viewed online by clicking on the Summary tab. We
also understand that some people don't want MSG in their products for
health/allergy reasons; which is why we offer a line of MSG free meat snacks
and spices.

The nutritional information is listed on each
product. If you see a product that is missing this information, please email us
at shop@hicountry.com and let us know
which product is missing.

The personal information you provide to us is
kept confidential. The information provided is used to fulfill and ship your
order. If you opt into our marketing, your email and phone number will be used
to send you updates. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for a more elaborate
reply. Hi Country uses Shopify as its payment processor so all relevant credit
card information is kept on their servers for safe keeping. Hi-Country dislikes
SPAM as much as you! Your information will not be sold or shared with 3rd
parties of any kind.

Yes. We recognize a fiduciary responsibility
with the information that you provide to us and we do not release information
without first obtaining your express approval. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for
complete details.

For your shopping convenience, we accept VISA,
MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Paypay, GooglePay, and ApplePay. 

Your credit card will be billed the day your
order is submitted on our site. If placing your order over the phone your
credit card may billed the day your order is taken but most likely will wait
until the following day. Your credit card statement will say Hi-Country Snack
Foods, Lincoln, MT as the merchant.

By logging in on My Account, your billing and
shipping information will automatically come up the next time you place an
online order. This is a convenience we offer our repeat customers. You can also
place a reorder and gain credits for every order purchased. A lot of value in
logging in.

Yes, we do! We use Gov-X to verify your current/former status. Once approved, you will receive a one-time discount code. We offer a 10% discount for current and former Military, First Responders, Health-Care Workers, and Teachers. Click here for more info.

Orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail,
UPS, or FedEx. Orders will ship within 2 working days (generally the next
business day). Allow 3 to 5 working days for delivery, depending on your
location. Shipping charges will be added to your order at checkout. Your order
ships directly from Lincoln, Montana.

Hi-Country is located in Montana and there is
NO sales tax here! That's a 5% to 10% savings, so shop happily!

No, the packing slip only includes a list of
what products are in the package, the address we are shipping to and whom the
gift is from. No prices are included in your package's shipment.

Yes, we can add a personal message to the
packing slip. Make sure you write your personal message in the Notes section in
the Cart. The packing slip will list the products that are being sent and then
a personal message from you. 

Yes. We do ship to APO addresses via US

When you place an online order a confirmation
email will be sent to you. Once the order has shipped an email will be sent
giving you the tracking number for the shipment. You can also email us at
shop@hicountry.com or call us at 1-800-433-3916 to find the status of your
order.

Hi-Country guarantees all our manufactured
products for quality and freshness. If you are ever dissatisfied with any of
our products, for any reason, we will cheerfully exchange your order or refund
your money, whichever you prefer! No questions asked - well, maybe a few so we can improve :).

We currently do not offer a subscription program for our jerky. We are building one and we aim to launch it sometime in late 2022.
