I did like the flavor but I didn't like the prefabricated pieces. They were too hard and I was unable to chew them.

I miss the original Hi-Country Beef Jerky

I was so excited for this order as I grew up on Hi-Country Beef Jerky. The new recipe is nothing like the old one and the meat is too mushy. Sad.

Something's changed

I have been enjoying Hi-Country snacks for over 30 years. Something has changed. The product is no better than Jack Link's now. Whatever they had done to the recipe is awful. Beef Jerky is not suppose to feel "wet". Its suppose to be dry. I miss the flat pieces. For the love of Montana please return the products to what they use to be.
