The bison are all free roam and we use only 100% bison in this premium tender jerky. We also teamed up with a local Montana distillery (Bozeman Spirits) to infuse our wild  game jerky with spirits and specialty fruits native to the Pacific Northwest, for a rich flavor as unique as Montana itself.

Interesting

All of the jerky seems to be factory pressed together. Doesn’t give off the artisanal vibe. Taste is great, but sketchy that all the pieces look the exact same. I feel like they should all look different.
