Our proprietary Tendersliced Beef Jerky products are made with 100% USA beef and produced locally in the small rural mountain town of Lincoln, MT in our USDA approved facility.  The Tendersliced Jerky is slowly tenderized by marinating in real fruit juices and premium seasonings.  After the marinating process the beef is slowly cooked and dried for 8 to 10 hours to create a softer signature chew proprietary to Hi-Country.

Everything you folks do is top notch ! Oh, one thing. I got it home & realized the bottom of the bag was open? Fast forward, I ate some and I’m not dead 🤣. I figured since it’s dried out it would be fine. Thank you

Expected better

I eat a lot of different jerky from different places. I bought several different flavors from Hi Country, but I wasn't impressed with the tenderized strips. I couldn't tell the difference in the tenderness from the regular strips. It also had hard gristle pieces in them and were not easy to chew. So like the title says Expected better. I prefer a tender cut versus the tough rawhide style. I also enjoy different flavors and some turkey jerky. I even try my hand at smoking my own jerky.
