Hi-Country Fresh Ground Sausage blends include traditional breakfast flavors as well as worldly tastes, such as Italian and German. They're a great way to turn your wild game into tasty ground sausage. Just grind meat, add spice, and mix. Presto! It's ready for the pan, or for use in other great recipes.
Our formulations have an increased, yet balanced spice concentration to yield robust flavors, while not, in this instance, containing excess amounts of sugars which can potentially mute the desired flavor profile. Cure packets are not included, as fresh ground sausage is traditionally not cured.
These 12.8 oz. boxes of seasoning will boldly flavor up to 30 lbs. of meat! Included is an illustrated instruction booklet that contains detailed color photos and easy-to-follow instructions for making homemade sausage. Also included is a batch conversion chart for making smaller batches.
