Wild Game Smoky Blend Jerky Seasoning Kit
I have made 100’s of pounds of jerky and your smoky blend is my go to every time. It has just the right amount of everything. Not to spicy or peppery like a lot of other mixes out there . I have ruined a lot of jerky trying different brands or different recipes but since I started using smoky blend it turns out great every time. I just did a 20# batch last weekend and have to hide it from everyone or it’s gone !!!
It is hard to find a jerky recipe that is consistently good. I used to but the original and add smoke packets to try to get a great jerky without using a smoker. So when HiCountry came out with the Smoky Blend and tried it, it was a great flavor with the consistency I had a hard time matching. Everyone likes the jerky I make and always ask for more. There really isn’t a secret except using this seasoning. That’s why I usually buy 15 boxes at a time.

Your jerky seasoning is the best I’ve ever had. Smoky Blend is my favorite followed closely by Three Pepper.
