Great seasoning

I recently received my order for jerky seasoning and completed 27 lbs of meat. Terriaki and garlic pepper,both turned out great. I've used high country jerky seasoning for years and never disappointed. The Terriaki seasoning, I modify with a extra 3/4 c of brown sugar and scantily season red pepper flakes on the racks of meat prior to smoking. This gives me the taste I'm looking to achieve. Garlic pepper was without modification. I then vacuum seal in mixed pkgs for a pleasant variety.
