Outstanding flavor prompt delivery

Loved the spice, not too spicy for me to enjoy the Elk jerky. Will buy this Elk jerky again, best I've ever had.

Nicely spicy and good overall flavor.

The elk slab jerky I opened first as it expired the same day I received it, and it was pretty tough.
The bison slab jerky was good until June 23 and that is pretty good,not nearly as tough.
The elk summer sausage has a date of November 23, I haven't opened that yet but am looking foward to it.
