I’m thrilled with your smoke powders, especially the hickory smoke and applewood smoke. I stumbled across them while shopping my local Sherm’s Food-4-Less grocery store and have been hooked ever since. Having managed several restaurants in our area I was familiar with Liquid Smoke, however, since trying Hi-Country powder smoke products I could never go back to the inferior smoke flavor of Liquid Smoke. In addition, this Christmas I gave everyone in my family a Hickory and Applewood Powdered Smoke in their stockings. I also bought myself your Hi-Country Fish Seasoning and powdered Mesquite to try as well. Your Prime rub was delicious on our 9lb rotisserie cooked Prime Rib and I blended some Hickory Smoke Powder with it just for fun; it turned out amazing. If I had any suggestions to offer it would be to go all in on what you seem to be doing great on already. Smoke Powder gift packs. Add Oak Smoke Powder, Cherrywood, Peach and Pecan Smoke Powder to your list. I make my own butter from scratch and smoke it with wood chips, it’s a process. It’d be nice to shortcut it occasionally with Hi-Country smoke powder products. Thanks again for such an authentic flavor and fairly priced product. I can’t wait to buy it in 16oz shakers.
